Software Project Manager Job Description
Alpha Networks is looking for an organized, detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Software
Project Manager.
The Software Project Manager's responsibilities include :
the coordination and completion of projects
on time, within budget and within scope.
Oversee all aspects of projects.
Set deadlines, assign
responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project.
Prepare reports for upper
management regarding the status of the project.
The successful candidate will work directly with
clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate
with other departments to
ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Software Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, leveraging AI tools to accelerate planning, reporting, and follow-up.
- Coordinate and supervise each stage of the project, ensuring all milestones are delivered on time.
- Configure the platform according to the customer's needs and perform end-to-end testing to ensure delivery quality.
- Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders, from requirements gathering to final delivery and training.
- Manage 3rd party integrations with the product.
- Create and maintain clear project documentation, using AI tools to work faster and more efficiently.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in software project management.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Good leadership and decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong assertivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French and Spanish is a plus.
- Passionate about video market.
- Ability to work on any project of the company (including those with sensitive content).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Notions of Jira, Confluence, Git, Intellij, openLens
