To help reach its objectives, Alpha Networks is looking for new software engineers to join the R&D department as part of our Tucano squads.
Key responsibilities
● You take part in the design of Tucano software with the product team during every scrum-meeting.
● You create solutions to meet business requirements using new or existing technologies in collaboration with your squad, made of frontend & backend developers.
● You write software documentation as well as tests and fight for constant product quality both in terms of user experience and technical implementation.
● You get the most of our technological stack to increase software availability, resource efficiency and make sure our platforms can support any peak load.
● Collaborate with other teams such as support, devOps, infrastructure and project managers to ensure the good quality and evolution of the software.
● You review of the work produced by your colleagues to ensure a high software quality.

Your profile:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in IT or related), or equivalent through
professional experience or a recognized standard training program.
● You are motivated to join a young & dynamic team of techno-enthusiasts.
● Comfortable with recent Java versions. More specifically with Spring Boot.
● Knowledge in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.
● Familiar with GraphQL, gRPC and other technologies around microservices.
● Basic experience with Git. GitLab CI is a plus.
● You’ve heard of Docker & Kubernetes.
● Not afraid of using Ubuntu
● Experience with reactive frameworks such as Webflux/Reactor is a plus.
● You have a good sense of humour (mandatory).
● You’re fluent in French and can sustain a basic technical conversation in English.
